About Me

I am a degree qualified and BACP Registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist, with a private practice in Rugby, Warwickshire. I provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental place where you can develop trust and understanding; feel empathy and share confidentially as we work together, to discover the change you seek in your life.

A big part of what I do is to help you to change the relationship you have with yourself. By providing time and space for you to explore your feelings, what is going on for you and how you came to be as you are, I can help you to achieve more of your full potential, developing self-acceptance and seeing how you can prioritise your own needs.

I can support you to:

  • overcome anxiety & stress

  • improve low moods & depression

  • reflect and understand relationship difficulties

  • live with grief and accepting loss & bereavement

  • develop higher self-esteem & confidence

Prior to qualifying as a therapist, I held professional roles in Industry and the education sector and have a wide experience of work, management and supporting adults, children and families experiencing difficult circumstances.
